A wide variety of materials can be cut using our CNC machine, such as metal, stone, and acrylic. Our services include custom lettering, signs, and sheet metal art.
Our Artec Leo can be used for scanning a range of objects, from small mechanical parts to the human body, cars, boats or crime scenes. The applications are wide and far-reaching, including industrial manufacture and quality control, healthcare, forensics, VR and e-commerce. We provide mobile and scanning services supplying fully processed 3D meshes in various formats. At Burvill’s we use the scanner to mitigate mistakes and ensure all aspects of each project are made to perfection.
On receipt of an enquiry, we will try and produce an estimate from the information provided (If enough).
We will then produce detailed 2D or 3D drawings (Depending on the project) for client approval, we will revise accordingly if the client wants alterations or wants to see different options. Once the drawing is approved, we will move onto manufacture and visit site to check if needed.
We will keep the client updated throughout manufacture and let them know when we expect to install/deliver their project.
Once installed and the customer is 100% happy with their project we will invoice for final payment.
