Site surveys:  

Following an enquiry, for example for a pair of entrance gates, we will arrange a convenient date and time for one of our sales team to visit. They will discuss requirements and carry out a survey.

Estimates:            

Based on the information gathered during our visit and on the design brief given, we will then put in writing the cost of the project including a break down of each element. If you would like us to undertake a project then we produce detailed drawings for your approval prior to manufacture. 

Design:  

The drawings we produce are all CAD or Photoshop productions and contain manufacturing details. They will give an "Artists Impression" of the finished product. See the example below.  

We offer a full design service for all our products. You might want to modify one of our existing designs or have something completely new.  (Example entrance gates)

Planning Application: 

In certain circumstances you might need consent from your local council for gates or railings on a boundary. We can act on your behalf and process the application for you if required.

Manufacturing: 

Our team of craftsmen have state of the art equipment and all the knowledge they need to make sure that every project, now matter how large or small is manufactured to the very highest standards.

Paint Finishes:         

We can apply a zinc primer for final decoration by others. However we do recommend outdoor products are treated against corrosion. Zinc coating, galvanising and powdercoating are just some of the finishes we can offer. For internal products, furniture for example, a more artistic finish such as burnishing or dry brushed paint effects can be applied. The chosen finish will be detailed in the estimate as an option along with a fact sheet.

Installation:        

We employ a dedicated team of site engineers to install all of our products if required. From a curtain pole to a pair of entrance gates. This will be detailed in the estimate as an option.

Brickwork:

We can organise and project manage any ground works and building required.

Automation: 

We are happy to work with any automation company of your choice but would recommend Gate-A-Mation Ltd. www.gate-a-mation.com whom we have worked with on many occasions. They are the largest automation company in the U.K. with service and back up second to none. We will project manage the automation installation along with the final fixing of the gates.
